I bought my first salon at nineteen. By the time I was done, I'd owned and operated four salons and a barbershop, built them to $3.3 million a year in revenue, and sold my flagship salon in 2019 for over half a million dollars.
And here's the bit that matters — I did all of that while NOT working on the floor. I spent literal months at a time travelling through Mexico, Thailand, Bali, and the USA while everything ran without me. No, it wasn't because of a side hustle. That was my salon life.
I bought my first salon when it was turning over only $150k and making a $7,000 loss — a failing business in regional Victoria — and built it into a multi-million-dollar business that profited over $200,000 per year. I figured out how to build systems, lead teams, and step off the floor. And then I started teaching other salon owners how to do it too.
Since selling my final bricks and mortar 9 years ago and going “all in” on my coaching business, I've sold 7,000+ online courses and programs, to salon and clinic owners from Australia + New Zealand – just like you.
